A luxury jade jewelry brand that relied entirely on social media was struggling with limited time and lack of inspiration to manage their platforms. I conducted in-depth research into their audience, competitors, and niche trends, then developed focused content pillars and a tailored strategy. By creating and executing content β€” with a strong emphasis on reels to boost reach and engagement β€” the brand grew its audience and increased sales.

From Low Engagement to High-Value Inquiries

A luxury holiday real estate developer wasn’t seeing results from Instagram. After a deep audience analysis, we discovered that while buyers weren’t very active on socials, their family members β€” highly engaged on Instagram β€” strongly influenced their decisions. I revised their strategy, built focused content pillars, and their local team implemented the plan, leading to a noticeable increase in qualified leads from Instagram.
